When something goes wrong in your accommodation, who are you going to call? The Halls Hotline!

You can get in touch with the Halls Hotline by calling 0800 029 1984.

Remember, you can also report faults or maintenance issues with your room through the home at halls app. Available on both iOS and Android platforms, search for ‘home at halls’ in your app store.

If we need to get back in touch with you for more information we will call the mobile number you provide us with.

Help! I have an emergency or I鈥檓 locked out of my room

If you require emergency assistance or you are locked out of your room please call the Halls Hotline immediately on 0800 029 1984.

If it’s an emergency, we can also call Security directly on 0118 378 6300* or email reading.helpdesk@upp-ltd.com

What can they help me with?

The Halls Hotline is there to deal with any issue relating to living in halls. We suggest they are always your first point of contact.

An example but not exhaustive list, of some of the issue they deal with are:

Getting in touch with your Warden
Reporting maintenance issues
Welfare issues such as noise complaints or not getting along with your flatmates
General information
