Month 10 - Concluding your partnership

We really hope you have enjoyed your mentoring partnership through Thrive and that you have gained skills and support from a great mentor. To conclude the talking points we wanted to help you send that last message or arrange your last mentoring meeting.

Whether you have agreed with your mentor to have one last meeting, or are writing up your last message to send, consider including the points below.

• Make it clear this is the last meeting – This means both you and your mentor are in the same page.
• Thank them for their support – It can go a long way to take the time.
• Staying in contact – You may have agreed with your mentor to continue the partnership outside of the scheme or you may want to connect with them on LinkedIn. This is your last chance so remember to ask.
